To promote the welfare of children and youth in home, school, community, and place of worship.
To bring into closer relation the home and the school and that parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently in the education of children and youth.
To develop between educators and the general public such united efforts as will secure for all children and youth the highest advantages in physical, mental, social, and spiritual education.

Scholarship Program to Southeastern Community College-$500
Special Events--such as sponsoring students at assemblies, Artists in the Schools Program & special math and reading promotions
Purchasing of equipment--audio-visual, choral risers, sound system, playground equipment
The Wells-Carey PTO shows their support of the school mission by showing appreciation to staff at various points of the school year.
