Students from all five of the keokuk elementary schools are invited to attend the Evening Zone at Hawthorne Elementary on Tuesday nights from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Students must be accompanied by an adult. Students and adults will engage in a variety of activities: foreign language, carpentry, quilting, crafts, scrapbooking, computers, cooking, recreation, etc. Parenting classes will be available for parents to gain new skills and understanding of the development stages of their growing children. |
